Professional, flexible lightning protection maintenance

Lightning protection systems are subject to failure as a result of many common causes:

  • Accidental damage arising from e.g. gardening or window cleaning activities,
  • Building alterations / modifications,
  • Environmental effects such as combustion engine exhaust, industrial or coastal salt air corrosive deterioration.

Lightning protection systems are considered safety-critical and, as such, must be properly maintained in order to function fully at all times.

Pre-agreed methods, time-scales and rates

All our repairs and maintenance works are carried out by our own expert engineers working to agreed methods and time scales, ensuring remedial work does not affect your staff, tenants or on-site operations. Where required, we are happy to work outside normal hours and to pre-agreed rates, giving you peace of mind over programming and budget control.

Only quality, standards-compliant components

All components used in repairs and maintenance are only those specifically designed for the purpose, of the highest standard, and fully compliant with BS EN 62305 2011 (parts 3 and 4).

Testing and certification

Upon completion of repairs and maintenance, your installation is fully re-tested. Certificates are then issued, detailing the test results and confirming the system's compliance to relevant standards (including BS6651:1999 and BS EN62305:2011).
